Responsibilities:

• coordinating procurement and logistics departments in order to accelerate the delivery of goods from the PRC (procurement departments, logistics in the PRC, logistics in Russia, warehouses);
• working with complaints about shortages and defective goods (warehouse in Russia – procurement department, warehouse in China – procurement department);
• finding reasons of complaints and eliminating these reasons;
• logistics planning for efficient cargo consolidation (collaboration with purchasing department and logistics department in China, according to geographical location);
• finding effective solutions when difficulties arise, in the framework of logistics processes.

Main requirements:

• Fluent Russian, Chinese, English.
• Higher education.
• Work experience in international companies (at least 2 years, preferably in a similar position).
• Confident PC user: MS Office, experience in 1C programs is desirable.
• Attentiveness, initiative, communication skills, teamwork, willingness to learn.
• Readiness for frequent business trips (Zhejiang, Jiangsu provinces).

Place of work: Minhang district, Shanghai, frequent busies trips to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong provinces. Product group: electric instrument, garden equipment (lawn mowers, gasoline and electric trimmers, agricultural tillers, snow machines etc), hight pressure washers, hand instrument, household heaters. Over 10 000 SKU in total.

Main responsibilities:

1. Ensure that Production Capacity and Quality requirement are complaint to Contractual Agreements. Suppliers Audits are systematically required to monitor the whole production process, starting from incoming controls on raw material and components, up to machining process, assembly process, testing stations, final inspection, packing, shipment and delivery. Familiarity with basic tools/concept as Flow chart, Control Plan, Process FMEA, Handling FMEA, fish boon analyse, PDCA, 5S, six sigma, Cycle Time analysis are required. Work closely to Suppliers has to be an attitude in order to look for a Continues Improvement with a proactive approach.
2. Set out appropriate tests and acceptable results parameters. Sample testing to identify product durability and areas of weaknesses.
3. Analysing issues reported via Customers feedback (monitor and review quarterly) and implementing changes when necessary.
4. Close collaboration with purchase team, cost -quality analyses (components, ergonomics, durability and price compare).
5. Development of inspection protocols, close collaboration with QC department, coaching. Skills and education requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, production, manufacturing). Minimum two years work experience after graduation.
2. Analytical skills – need to be able to spot problems quickly and find the underlying causes so changes can be made.
3. Critical thinking – once problem are identified, solutions and improvements must be found. This might involve thinking at 360 degrees, approaching in a critical way process, components, procedure and methods.
